Street Cats

My solo exhibition started from August 17th to 29th at the gallery "NEKO NO HITAI" in Koenji Tokyo.
It is a very unique gallery, and the owner is also an interested man.
They display all cats related arts.

This pic is from a day before opening.

My paintings, 3D pieces, T-shirts and some crafts,

Some more paintings. Many of them are my brand new pieces.

Painting on concreat brocks. There are 6 of them painted on both sides.

My flyer.

August 18th, I did live painting in front of the gallery.
I painted until the sunset.
Some people talked to me and was fun!

One on the top is the finish piece called "Koenji" which is the name of the town.
Thus is the image of Koenji from the view from the outsider that is me!

The next day August 19th, I did another live painting.
This evening, there was night market in Koenji.
There was a chai and Indian food vender next to me,  and I bought a cup of chai!
It was very good! The man of the vender had been India many times.
He talked to me about India, so I felt like the theme to be India.

I added an elephant!
However, this is the finished piese called "The Journey of The Submarin" and is nothing to do with India.

August 25th & 26th, there was a festival and Awa Odori Dance in Koenji.

In this cloud, I did another live painting.
The finish piece called "Rockstar".

The next day the 26th wich was yesterday.
I painted small, but I worked on several at a time.

This one is called "Seasonal flowers and a cat".

This is "Box Cats".

This is "Color Contact".

I also write my original "CAT MOJI" by order.
So far, I have done several at this show.
This is like as a person's name, but it is acturelly a cat's name.

This is a name of a TALOT teller. He read one for me, and my fortune was exellent!!

Here is a close up of my small pieces.

All are cat arts!

Another pic. There are more which in not in all pics.

Happy Spring!!

It is very warm in Japan!

The weather is just like May!

I painted a little pink Easter kitty.

It's acrylic on paper.

Speaking of pink, it is a spring color especially in Japan because of cherry blossom.

🌸Cherry started to bloom earlier this year!
I haven’t died Easter eggs for a few years, but that’s okay.

I eat eggs every morning!😋

🐰Well, Happy Easter to everyone!!!🐣

How artists change their styles!

Sometimes, artists change their art styles.

I think the reason can be depending on individual, time, situation and so on.
Some artists don't change their styles.

I have changed my styles quite many times.
There are 2 reasons why I change my styles.

1. For creating new, different and more interesting.
2. For challenging to myself and possibilities that I have never seen.

YouTube Official Channel

I made a video about the story that I have been changing my styles in about 1/4 century.
It's about 10 minutes video.😊

Food & Art

Maybe, my eating habit can build my personality.

I may be wrong, but you are what you eat!😜

Therefore, I started to think food and art can be related.

I recently started food Instagram as well as art one.🍴

Two of artists that I know also have art and food Instagram accounts.

Then, I began to realize their foods look like their artworks!

The left side is my food Instagram, and the right side is my art Instagram.
Aren't they look similar?

Maybe colors are similar???

I watch my diet a little bit and try to be healthy.

I hope not my art is in diet, but I hope my art is healthier than what I eat!!

Maybe, once the same person makes food and art, these look very much like.
If I make something else, those might look similar too!
And all things we do show our personalities!

Again, I might be wrong about food & art thing, but I thought that could be fun to think about...😉

Why I paint naked men!

I made a new video, "Why I paint naked men."

Been a male artist to paint men's nude as motif, I assume some people may misunderstand the reason.

The reason is simple that I think naked men are funny!

Forgive my English.😜

I made my You Tube Channel!

✋Hi!

I made my You Tube channel!

Please click here to see my channel. 👀
https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCqHFoxbWeOeumv7paIsrzDA

So far, I only have one live painting video, but I am going to post more and am trying to make future videos to be more interesting to watch.

🎥I'm thinking about making videos like how I get inspirations for creating art, or how I process to making art and maybe some of my live painting videos.

I hope any one will enjoy my videos and also motivate some artists as well.

I get motivation from other artists too!

Enogh about something I havn't done yet!😀

This is one of my recent painting.

I used spray paints and acrylic paints with brushes.

Well, that's it for this time.

See you next time!😉
